Nature of This Resource

This is a private reference site, not an office of Seminole County or the State of Georgia. It stores no official inmate, jail, court, release, or corrections record. It cannot confirm whether a person is in custody, order or carry out a release, file a court or agency document, change a public record, or speak for an agency.

The site points toward public inmate and jail-record resources in Seminole County and may connect visitors with outside research tools. Those destinations remain separate services governed by their own rules.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming other people, the service, or its systems. In particular, you must not:

• Use the site while violating a federal, state, or local law
• Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or injure anyone
• Base employment, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
• Try to enter an account, server, network, or restricted area without permission
• Run automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers against the site

No Consumer Reports or Screening

Seminole County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not prepare or provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use information obtained here for:

• Decisions to hire, retain, promote, discipline, or dismiss a worker
• Tenant selection, housing eligibility, or rental decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance rates
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit or program
• Any other decision regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act

Third-Party Destinations

The site may link to sheriff and corrections websites, release-record sources, public portals, legal-aid resources, and independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control or accept responsibility for an outside site’s content, accuracy, availability, security, prices, or data handling. Review the destination’s terms and privacy notice before using it.

Service Provided Without Warranties

Unless a source is identified otherwise, the site’s original text, graphics, logos, arrangement, and code belong to Seminole County Released Inmates or its content partners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative materials from them without prior written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. Revised conditions become effective when they are posted on this page. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated version.

Suspension or Loss of Access

Georgia Law Applies
