These terms govern access to and use of Seminole County Released Inmates. By visiting or using the site, you agree to follow them. If you do not accept every condition stated below, do not use the site or its tools.

Private-site and FCRA disclosure. Seminole County Released Inmates is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. It helps visitors find inmate and jail-record resources for Seminole County, Georgia. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency. Neither the site nor its advertising partners offers services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another use covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.


Nature of This Resource

This is a private reference site, not an office of Seminole County or the State of Georgia. It stores no official inmate, jail, court, release, or corrections record. It cannot confirm whether a person is in custody, order or carry out a release, file a court or agency document, change a public record, or speak for an agency.

The site points toward public inmate and jail-record resources in Seminole County and may connect visitors with outside research tools. Those destinations remain separate services governed by their own rules.


Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming other people, the service, or its systems. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the site while violating a federal, state, or local law
  • Use information to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or injure anyone
