Terms Entered in Search
When you type a name, location, or other term into a search tool, the query is sent to the third-party company that operates that tool. Seminole County Released Inmates does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy terms govern its receipt and handling of the query.
Emails and Other Messages
We keep information sent by email or through a contact form for the purpose of reading and answering the message. That material is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, court process, or another valid legal demand.
Information Collected During Visits
Ordinary server, analytics, and advertising systems may receive technical details when a page loads. This information helps the site operate, measure traffic, and diagnose faults. It can include:

Some advertising providers may use their own technology to observe activity across more than one website and select interest-based advertising. That tracking occurs within the provider’s systems, not as a record maintained by Seminole County Released Inmates.

Visitors Younger Than Eighteen
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted personal information may use the Contacts page to request review and deletion.
Choices About Personal Data
Subject to applicable law and the information actually held, you may:
- Ask for a copy of personal information we maintain
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Ask that personal information be erased
- Object to or opt out of certain forms of processing
